- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (about 2 1/2 large lemons)
- 2 large egg yolks
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, salt, baking soda, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well mixed. Stir in melted butter and vanilla extract until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press half of the mixture into an ungreased 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake for about 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
