- 3–4 pound beef chuck roast

- 2 Tbsp onion soup mix
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 16 oz. egg noodles
- Fresh parsley (for garnishing)
- 3 Tbsp corn starch, mixed with 2 Tbsp water

- Cover and simmer for 3-4 hours until tender, checking occasionally.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions about 15 minutes before serving; drain when cooked.
- Shred cooked beef using two forks and thicken the sauce with corn starch mixture stirred into reserved cooking liquid until slightly thickened.
- Combine shredded beef, butter, ketchup, vinegar, and cooked noodles in the pot; stir gently until well combined.
- Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
