- 2 ½ cups beef broth
- 1.5 pounds lean ground beef
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 ½ cup orzo
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
