- 1/2 cup Yellow Onion (diced)
- 2 1/2 cups Beef Broth
- 8 ounces Elbow Pasta
- 1 packet Chili Seasoning
- 15 ounces Petite Diced Tomatoes (drained)
- 15 ounces Chili Beans (Chili Starter)
- 15 ounces Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef and diced onions until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
- Add chili beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili seasoning, beef broth, and elbow pasta to the skillet. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for about 10–15 minutes or until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Serve warm.
