Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits
  • 1 cup peach pie filling (peaches cut into small pieces)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons whole milk (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer. Split each biscuit into two layers and shape them into 4-inch circles.
  2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of peach pie filling into the center of each circle.
  3. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch seams to seal, then shape into balls.
  4. Brush melted butter on the tops and bottoms of each bomb.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray and arrange the bombs seam-side down.
  6. Air fry at 330°F for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Prepare glaze by whisking confectioners’ sugar and milk until smooth; adjust consistency if needed.
  8. Dip or roll each bomb in glaze and let cool on a wire rack.
