- 1 cup peach pie filling (peaches cut into small pieces)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 4 to 5 tablespoons whole milk (room temperature)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer. Split each biscuit into two layers and shape them into 4-inch circles.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of peach pie filling into the center of each circle.
- Fold the edges over the filling and pinch seams to seal, then shape into balls.
- Brush melted butter on the tops and bottoms of each bomb.
- Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray and arrange the bombs seam-side down.
- Air fry at 330°F for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
- Prepare glaze by whisking confectioners’ sugar and milk until smooth; adjust consistency if needed.
