  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ Tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • ¾ tsp Italian seasonings
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • 8 slices Texas toast bread or thick-sliced rustic bread

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar, diced pimentos, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper until smooth.
