Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups Cooked rice (about 200g)
  • 200g Beef (sliced thinly)
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp White pepper powder (or black pepper)
  • 1 tsp Grape juice
  • 2 Eggs (whisked)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
  • ½ Onion (diced)
  • 1 Carrot (diced)
  • ½ cup Green peas (frozen)
  • 2 Spring onions (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Season the beef with salt, white pepper, and grape juice; set aside. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt.
  2. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, then stir-fry the beef until browned. Push to one side and add garlic; cook until fragrant.
  3. Drizzle another teaspoon of oil into the empty side of the wok and scramble the eggs until cooked through. Remove both ingredients from the pan.
  4. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil and sauté onions for a few seconds before adding carrots and peas; cook until tender.
  5. Add cooked rice to the vegetable mixture along with oyster sauce and soy sauce. Stir-fry over high heat for about 2–3 minutes until well combined.
  6. Return beef and scrambled eggs to the wok, gently mixing everything together for another minute before serving topped with sliced spring onions.
