- 3 cups Cooked rice (about 200g)
- 200g Beef (sliced thinly)
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp White pepper powder (or black pepper)
- 1 tsp Grape juice
- 2 Eggs (whisked)
- 1 tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
- ½ Onion (diced)
- 1 Carrot (diced)
- ½ cup Green peas (frozen)
- 2 Spring onions (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions
- Season the beef with salt, white pepper, and grape juice; set aside. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt.
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, then stir-fry the beef until browned. Push to one side and add garlic; cook until fragrant.
- Drizzle another teaspoon of oil into the empty side of the wok and scramble the eggs until cooked through. Remove both ingredients from the pan.
- In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil and sauté onions for a few seconds before adding carrots and peas; cook until tender.
- Add cooked rice to the vegetable mixture along with oyster sauce and soy sauce. Stir-fry over high heat for about 2–3 minutes until well combined.
- Return beef and scrambled eggs to the wok, gently mixing everything together for another minute before serving topped with sliced spring onions.
