- Ricotta Cheese
- Pumpkin Puree
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Egg
- Nutmeg

- Marinara Sauce

- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- Cook jumbo pasta shells in boiling water until al dente; drain and cool on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, pumpkin puree, parmesan, egg, nutmeg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and sage until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix marinara sauce with remaining pumpkin puree and heavy cream until well blended.
- Spread three-quarters of the sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each shell with about 2 tablespoons of filling and place them in the dish opening up.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
