Instructions
Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Step 2: Mix the Dough
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, egg, melted butter, and milk until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
Step 3: Shape and Bake
- Using a spoon or cookie scoop, drop small portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown on top.
