  • 14 ounces canned sauerkraut
  • 2 tablespoons Russian dressing (or Thousand Island)
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 pound deli turkey corned beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain and squeeze excess liquid from sauerkraut.
  3. Mix drained sauerkraut with Russian dressing in a bowl; set aside.
  4. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half; layer bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Add Swiss cheese, turkey corned beef, and sauerkraut mixture; top with more Swiss cheese.
  6. Brush melted butter over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cut sliders apart along seams and serve warm.
