  • 3/4 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • Parsley for garnish
  • Lemon for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine canned salmon, crushed saltines, minced garlic, egg, onion powder, Old Bay seasoning, pepper, and salt. Mix until well blended.
