Ingredients
- 8 oz frozen cooked salad shrimp
- 1 ½ cups frozen mixed veggies (corn, carrots, peas)
- 10.75 oz condensed cream of shrimp soup
- ⅓ cup milk
- 8 oz imitation crab (roughly chopped)
- ¼ cup crumbled turkey turkey bacon
- 1 ¼ cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
- Refrigerated pie crusts
Instructions
- In a large skillet, combine the shrimp, mixed veggies, cream of shrimp soup, and milk. Heat over medium until warmed through.
- Add the imitation crab, turkey turkey bacon, ¼ cup cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Creole seasoning. Mix well and heat for another 6–8 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Spray a 9" pie plate with non-stick cooking spray and place one pie crust in the dish.
- Spoon the seafood mixture into the crust and top with remaining cheese.
- Cover with the second pie crust, seal edges lightly, cut slits on top, and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown. Let it rest before slicing.
