- 2 packs udon noodles
- Chinese cabbage (or any leafy green)
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 white onion, sliced
- 200 g fresh beef, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
- Marinate the beef: In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch slurry. Add the beef slices and let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
