  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 23 green onions (chopped)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1¾ cups beef stock
  • 2 packets dry ramen noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Add minced garlic for two more minutes.
  2. Transfer the beef and garlic to your slow cooker. Add carrots, bell pepper, and green onions.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef stock; pour over the slow cooker mixture.
  4. Set it on low heat for 4-6 hours.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add dry ramen noodles to the slow cooker.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
