- 2–3 green onions (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- ½ cup low sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1¾ cups beef stock
- 2 packets dry ramen noodles
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Add minced garlic for two more minutes.
- Transfer the beef and garlic to your slow cooker. Add carrots, bell pepper, and green onions.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and beef stock; pour over the slow cooker mixture.
- Set it on low heat for 4-6 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add dry ramen noodles to the slow cooker.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
