Ingredients
For the Garlic Bread Bowls:

6 small round bread rolls or Kaiser rolls

¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

2–3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Pinch of salt
For the Spaghetti Filling:

8 oz spaghetti noodles

1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce or homemade tomato sauce

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional Add-ins:

Cooked ground beef, turkey, or Italian sausage

Sautéed mushrooms or spinach

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Spaghetti
Boil spaghetti according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Sauce
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking for 30 seconds.
Pour in marinara sauce, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Stir in cooked spaghetti and mix to coat well.
Add parmesan and mix until combined.
Step 3: Prep the Bread Bowls
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice off the tops of the bread rolls and hollow out the insides with a spoon, creating space for filling.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
Brush the inside and edges of each bread bowl with the garlic butter mixture.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5–7 minutes until lightly crisp.
Step 4: Assemble the Bowls
Fill each toasted bread bowl with spaghetti mixture.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Return to oven and bake another 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 5: Serve & Enjoy
Sprinkle with extra parmesan or parsley.
