Ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced turkey turkey bacon
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 11 ounces frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
- 14 ounces marinated artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 4 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
- 1.5 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, cook the diced turkey turkey bacon over medium-high heat until crispy, then set aside half.
- In the same skillet, combine garlic, spinach, artichokes, chicken, cream cheese, Pecorino Romano cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish if needed and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F; increase temperature to 400°F for an additional 5 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Top with reserved turkey turkey bacon before serving.
