Ingredients
For the Steak:

For the Shrimp:

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Steaks

Bring steaks to room temperature and pat dry.

Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil and butter in a hot skillet over medium-high heat.
