  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup green or napa cabbage, chopped
  • 3 green onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar or grape juice
  • ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
  • Wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, cabbage, green onions, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, sesame oil, rice vinegar (or grape juice), and soy sauce until well combined.
  2. Layer a spoonful of the mixture at the bottom of each ramekin and top with a wonton wrapper. Repeat until nearly full.
  3. Pour about ⅓ cup water into each ramekin and seal with two more wonton wrappers.
  4. Place ramekins in a Dutch oven with water halfway up the sides and steam for about 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with chili oil and sliced green onions, then serve warm.
