Instructions

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, buttermilk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
  5. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients gently using a rubber spatula until almost mixed. Fold in the zucchini and chocolate chips carefully.
