- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter (cut into cubes)
- 1/3 cup walnuts (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix chopped apples with brown sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, applesauce, honey, eggs, and vanilla until smooth; stir in melted butter.
