  • 1 lb pasta
  • 1/3 cup reserved pasta water

  5. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; reserve 1/3 cup of pasta water before draining.
  6. Blend the roasted vegetables with reserved pasta water until smooth.
  7. Combine the sauce with cooked pasta, tossing until evenly coated.
