  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small yellow onion, (finely diced (about ½ cup))
  • 1 tablespoon hamburger seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups (476 g) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, (cubed)
  • 1 cup (113 g) mozzarella cheese, (shredded)
  • pickles, (finely diced (for garnish))
  • tomatoes, (finely diced (for garnish))

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF.
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until the meat is browned and onions are softened. Drain excess grease.
  3. Reduce heat to low; stir in heavy cream, cream of mushroom soup, and Velveeta cheese until well combined.
  4. Toss in cooked spaghetti until evenly coated with the sauce.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for about 5-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
