  • 1 cup heavy cream – For a rich, creamy texture.
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese – For that cheesy goodness.
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning – To add extra flavor.

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Fettuccine
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to the package directions (usually about 8-10 minutes for al dente). Drain the pasta, reserving 1 cup of pasta water for later. Set the pasta aside.

Step 2: Cook the Beef Sausages
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced beef sausages and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausages from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, scraping up any bits left from the sausages. Let the cream simmer for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.

Step 4: Add Parmesan and Seasoning
Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, then continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add a little reserved pasta water to reach your desired consistency.

Step 5: Combine Pasta and Sausage
Add the cooked fettuccine pasta and sausages back into the skillet with the sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is fully coated in the creamy sauce. If needed, add more reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.

Step 6: Serve and Garnish
Serve the creamy fettuccine in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley and an extra sprinkle of parmesan cheese, if desired.
