  • 75g plain flour (for topping)
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon (for topping)
  • 1/2tsp ginger (for topping)
  • 1/4tsp nutmeg (for topping)
  • 100g icing sugar (for icing)
  • 1tsp water (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter, sunflower oil, and light brown sugar until smooth. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
