- 2 cups Elbow Pasta
- 12 ounces Evaporated Milk
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 2 cups Colby Jack Cheese (shredded)
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Yellow Onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup Bell Pepper (diced)
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 24 ounces Pasta Sauce
- 15 ounces Petite Diced Tomatoes (drained)
Instructions
- Boil pasta in a large pot until al dente, about 9–10 minutes.
- In the same pot, add butter and evaporated milk; heat until just below boiling. Stir in cheeses until melted.
