  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
  • Grated Orange Zest
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 Cup Fresh Cranberries, halved or chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan by spraying it with non-stick spray or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and sea salt. Stir in halved or chopped cranberries until they're coated in flour.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg until fluffy and mix in orange juice and grated zest.
  4. Slowly add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.
  6. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
