  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and butter a cast iron skillet or medium casserole dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Pour the filling into the prepared dish.
