  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four equal pieces.
  3. In a resealable bag, combine granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add cinnamon roll pieces, seal the bag, and shake until coated.
  4. Mix brown sugar and melted butter in a bowl until combined.
  5. Layer cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan and drizzle with the brown sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
