- 2 heads garlic
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 8 slices artisan bread (ciabatta, Italian, or sourdough)
- 1 large tomato (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese (grated)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 8 slices turkey turkey bacon (cooked crisp)
Instructions
